In August we will be opening our new Wildcreek Brewing Company at the Untamed Southwest Grill. It will be Winter Park’s own Brew Pub. Head Brewer Steve Schott will be offering six handcrafted beers you won’t want to miss. All the beers will be made from hand selected hops and malted barleys and created from Steve’s private recipes. Chef Al and Steve will team together to create the wonderful pairings of the southwest cuisine flavors with freshly brewed handcrafted beer.
